President's Distinguished Awards Celebration 2025

Celebrate Homecoming 2025 and 150 years of the University of Northern Iowa at the President’s Distinguished Awards Ceremony, honoring exceptional alumni, faculty/staff and friends. The event includes the President’s Philanthropy Awards, Heritage Honours Awards, recognition of past honorees and the 2025 Gold & Bold Award recipients.
Attendees will hear from each of the award recipients and enjoy a celebratory toast open to all guests.
President's Philanthropy Awards
The President's Philanthropy Awards recognize individuals who have demonstrated exemplary efforts towards the support and strategic mission of the UNI Foundation. Four President's Philanthropy awards are presented by the UNI Foundation each year.

Heritage Honours Awards
The Heritage Honours Awards are given to University of Northern Iowa alumni and one community member for their professional accomplishments as active members and stewards of UNI as recognized by the UNI Alumni Association.
