2025 Carver Scholars Reception

Congratulations to this year’s Carver Scholars!

Each year, the Roy J. Carver Scholarship recognizes approximately forty UNI students who have shown resilience and determination in pursuing their education while facing significant challenges.

Recipients are awarded $6,600 per year for up to two years of study, as long as they continue to meet the scholarship requirements at the University of Northern Iowa.

This scholarship honors students who embody the industrious spirit of Roy J. Carver — an individual who pulled himself up by his bootstraps to pursue and achieve the American Dream.
